A B-complex contains several of the eight B vitamins in the same tablet or capsule. Which ones, and how much of each, varies widely between ranges. READ THE TABLE, NOT THE NAME. "B-50" and "B-100" are trade names referring to the milligram amount of several of the vitamins, but they are not standardised. The nutrition table on the product page is the only thing that states what the tub actually contains. ACTIVE FORMS. Some ranges use methylfolate and methylcobalamin rather than folic acid and cyanocobalamin, and say so on the pack. They cost more. WITH OR WITHOUT EXTRAS. Some complexes add plant extracts or choline. That is in the ingredient list. DOSAGE is stated on the pack and should be followed. THE BRANDS.
