AllDayYouMay Legendary Series by 5% Nutrition is a comprehensive intra-workout amino acid formula featuring 6,000 mg of BCAAs in a 10:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), alongside a full spectrum of essential and conditionally essential amino acids, making it one of the most complete amino acid powders available. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
