AllDeynn Sleeprose by Allnutrition is a carefully formulated evening powder blend designed to support your wind-down routine before sleep. The formula features KSM-66® Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), saffron extract (Crocus sativus), L-Theanine, GABA, L-Tryptophan and Melatonin alongside amino acids L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, L-Ornithine and L-Lysine. It is further enriched with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin B6. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Dissolve one serving (1 scoop, 14 g) in 200–250 ml of water and drink before going to bed. Prepare the drink approximately one hour before planned bedtime. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
