Animal M-Stak by Universal Nutrition is a multi-nutrient training pack containing amino acids, botanical extracts, and an energy complex, supplied in a convenient daily sachet format. Each pack contains 8 tablets and capsules, grouped into four distinct complexes.

The formula includes L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine alongside L-Taurine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine, together with Panax Ginseng, Kudzu, Siberian Ginseng, Fenugreek, Cinnamon Bark Extract, Lipoic Acid, Ginger, Grapefruit and Citrus Bioflavonoids. An additional Energy Complex capsule provides approximately 193 mg of caffeine, which can be removed depending on individual tolerance and preference.

Animal M-Stak is supplied as 21 single-serve packs, providing a full three-week cycle. It is designed to be cycled — three weeks on, one week off — in line with the classic Animal training philosophy. Take 1 pack every day for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30–45 minutes before lifting. On off days, take it between meals. Cycle Animal M-Stak for best results — three weeks on, one week off. Repeat as needed. The single red capsule contains the Energy Complex (stimulants) with approximately 200 mg of caffeine; remove it as you see fit.
