Each 10 g serving provides 6 g of free-form BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 ratio — 3 g L-leucine, 1.5 g L-valine and 1.5 g L-isoleucine — along with 1 g of L-glutamine, making it a well-rounded amino acid supplement designed to support active individuals.

Free BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrates; L-glutamine, flavourings, thickener – gum arabic; colour – E 150d (for xplosive cola flavour); sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agents – calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colours: carotenes (A), carmine (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F). (A)–(F) – Depending on the flavour of the product, for ingredients used see symbols (A–F) beside the date of minimum durability (best before). For mango flavour, colour used is carotenes (A).

Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily dose: 1–2 doses per day — before a meal or training and after training or before going to bed. Dissolve 1 dose (10 g powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
