Swanson Borage Oil delivers 1,000 mg of OmegaTru® Borage Oil per softgel, providing Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), Linoleic Acid and Oleic Acid. Borage oil is one of the most concentrated plant-based sources of GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid.

Each softgel supplies a minimum of 190 mg of GLA, 300 mg of Linoleic Acid (omega-6) and 120 mg of Oleic Acid (omega-9). The softgels are easy to swallow.
