Applied Nutrition's Endurance Energy Isotonic Energy Gel delivers fast-acting carbohydrate energy in a convenient, ready-to-use format designed for athletes on the move. Each 60g blackcurrant-flavoured gel provides 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin, helping to sustain energy availability during prolonged physical activity — with no need to chase it down with water.

Formulated as a true isotonic gel, it is designed to be gentle on the stomach and easy to consume mid-exercise, whether you are running, cycling or competing in endurance events. The gel contains sodium chloride and magnesium lactate; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, making it a practical choice for longer training sessions.

Every batch of this product is tested for banned substances under the Informed-Sport programme at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, giving competitive athletes confidence in what they are consuming. Usage & Dosage
