Rule One Essential Amino 9 delivers all nine essential amino acids (EAAs) your body cannot produce on its own. Each 11.5g scoop provides a full EAA profile including 5g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) — 2.5g L-Leucine, 1.25g L-Isoleucine, and 1.25g L-Valine — alongside six additional essential amino acids.

Essential Amino 9 also includes the R1 Electrolyte Blend — a 500mg combination of Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, and Magnesium Oxide. Each serving provides 160mg of sodium and 460mg of chloride.
