Nutrend Glutamine delivers 100% pure L-glutamine in a convenient powder format, providing 5 g of L-glutamine per serving. Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the human body.

Each 500 g tub offers up to 100 servings. The unflavoured, single-ingredient formula mixes easily into your favourite sports drink, fitting seamlessly into any training nutrition routine.

Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) taken after training. An additional dose of 5 g may be taken in the evening before bedtime. Non-training days: you may discontinue use or continue with a dose of 5 g twice a day; take the last dose in the evening before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1 flat scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with a sports drink.
