NOW Foods HMB 500mg provides Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate (HMB), a naturally occurring metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine. Each serving of two capsules provides 1,000mg of HMB, sourced from Calcium B-Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate.

This formula also includes Calcium and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) alongside HMB. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Presented in easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules made from hypromellose, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is free from gluten and lactose. Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with food. For best results, use in conjunction with an exercise program.
