BetterYou Magnesium Flakes Mind is a transdermal magnesium soak. Each bag contains 750g of high-purity magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, expertly blended with a calming botanical fragrance of sweet orange peel extract and basil essential oil to create a relaxing bath or footbath ritual.

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body, contributing to normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function. Dissolving these flakes into a warm bath or footbath allows you to enjoy a soothing soak whilst immersing yourself in the uplifting citrus and herbal aroma.

Formulated without parabens, synthetic colours and fragrances, or preservatives, BetterYou Magnesium Flakes Mind is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and reflects BetterYou's commitment to clean, effective formulations.

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath: Add 125g Magnesium Mind Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Not recommended during pregnancy (contains basil essential oil).

Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening.
