The carbohydrate blend combines maltodextrin, fructose, glucose and isomaltulose (Palatinose™) to provide a varied source of energy. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. The formula also includes gluten-free wheat fibre, glycine as a flavour and aroma enhancer, along with stabilisers acacia and xanthan gum for a smooth, consistent texture.

Mass Core is enriched with a comprehensive vitamin premix covering ten essential B-group vitamins, Vitamin C and Vitamin E — each contributing 15% of the Nutrient Reference Value per serving.
