Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a comprehensive pre-training powder formula designed to support your preparation for intense physical activity. Each serving delivers a precisely dosed combination of L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, a Creatine Mix (creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate), L-Tyrosine, and caffeine, complemented by a B-vitamin complex, ginseng extract, and Bioperine® black pepper extract for a well-rounded pre-workout experience.

The formula is available in a refreshing Red Orange flavour and is sugar-free when prepared at the recommended dilution ratio, making it a clean and convenient choice before training. The flexible dosing system allows athletes to tailor their intake based on body weight and training level: a half-scoop (8.5 g) serving for athletes up to 75 kg or those who are more sensitive, and a full-scoop (17 g) serving for heavier or more advanced athletes.

Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid and thiamine also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The 255 g package provides approximately 30 servings at the 8.5 g dose or 15 servings at the 17 g dose.

Mix 8.5 g (half a scoop) in 150 ml of water for athletes up to 75 kg body weight or sensitive athletes. For athletes over 75 kg body weight or advanced training level, mix 17 g (one full scoop) in 300 ml of water. Consume approximately 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The 255 g package provides approximately 30 servings at 8.5 g or 15 servings at 17 g.

Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg/17 g / 100 mg/8.5 g) – not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women. Due to its high caffeine content, not recommended for use in the evening to avoid sleep disturbances. Not suitable for individuals with caffeine sensitivity. Does not replace a varied diet.
