Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder designed to support your training sessions from the first scoop. Each serving is formulated with a blend of amino acids, electrolytes, B vitamins, and 175 mg of caffeine sourced from green coffee bean and tea leaf extracts.

Key active ingredients include 2 g of L-Citrulline, 1.2 g of CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, and 1 g of Creatine Monohydrate per serving, alongside L-Arginine, Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and Betaine Anhydrous. A dedicated 350 mg Electrolyte Blend — containing Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, and Magnesium Oxide — is included in each serving.

Roar is further enriched with Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12, and comes in a refreshing Fruit Punch flavour. Roar is best consumed about 30–45 minutes before exercise. Add one (1) scoop to 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Do not exceed two (2) servings in a 24-hour period. Alternate Suggested Use: Unflavoured supplement powders such as R1 Pump, BCAAs, or glutamine may be easily added to the above mix.

Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Each serving contains approximately 175 mg of caffeine, which is about as much as two cups of strong coffee, and 1.2 g of beta-alanine. Do not combine with alcohol, other caffeine-containing products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
