The formula includes B vitamins — Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Mix 1 level scoop (10g) with 200ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Scoops are estimated only; weighing scales are recommended. 1 serving per day maximum. Do not consume more than 800mg Green Tea Extract (containing (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate) per day. Should not be consumed if consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
