Each 5 g scoop contains two blends: the Extreme Muscle Fuel Blend, featuring Beta-Alanine and Guarana Seed Extract, and the Ripper Shred Matrix, which includes Green Tea Leaf Extract, Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Olive Leaf Extract, Taurine, and Cinnamon Bark Extract. Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with 6–8 fl oz (180–250 mL) of cold water. Take 1 to 2 times daily. For best results, take 30–60 minutes before meals with the first serving before breakfast and the second serving later in the day. Use in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise program. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed. New users should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
