Each softgel delivers 3,000 mcg (10,000 IU) of Vitamin A as Retinyl Palmitate and 10 mcg (400 IU) of Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol sourced from lanolin, suspended in organic extra virgin olive oil for optimal absorption.
