NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 Sustained Release delivers a comprehensive blend of all eight essential B vitamins in a single daily tablet, formulated to release gradually over an extended period of time. Each tablet provides 100 mg of Thiamin (B-1), Riboflavin (B-2), Niacinamide (B-3), Vitamin B-6, and Pantothenic Acid, alongside meaningful amounts of Folate, Vitamin B-12, and Biotin — supporting a broad spectrum of B-vitamin nutritional needs in one convenient dose.

Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Folate and Vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. The formula is further complemented by Choline, Inositol, and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) to round out this classic B-complex formulation.
