Nutrend VO2 Boost is a targeted pre-workout tablet formula designed to support athletic performance during both short and extended training sessions. Each serving of 4 tablets delivers a combination of L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate, and Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract, alongside key micronutrients to complement an active lifestyle.
The formula also provides iron. Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while Vitamin B1 (thiamine) also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Usage & Dosage
Activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approximately 45 minutes before the start of physical activity. Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 minutes before the start and 2 tablets halfway during the physical activity. The maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Gradually swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water, according to the recommended dosage. Do not chew the tablets!
