NOW Foods Calcium Citrate with Minerals & Vitamin D-2 is a comprehensive multi-mineral formula designed to support your daily intake of key nutrients in a single, convenient tablet. Each serving of two tablets delivers 600 mg of highly bioavailable calcium from calcium citrate, complemented by magnesium, zinc, copper, and manganese — minerals that work in concert to support normal muscle function, energy metabolism, and overall wellbeing.

Each serving provides 400 IU (10 µg) of vitamin D-2 (ergocalciferol). Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
