At the core of the formula is the RYSE Pump Fuel complex, providing 5.5g of L-Citrulline and Citrulline Nitrate (as NO3-T) per scoop, alongside 3.2g of Beta Alanine, 2.5g of Betaine Anhydrous, and 2.5g of Creatine Monohydrate. Choline (from Choline Bitartrate as VitaCholine) contributes 60% of the daily reference value per scoop, supporting normal lipid metabolism. The caffeine component is delivered in two forms — 175mg of Caffeine Anhydrous plus 25mg of ZumXR Extended Release Caffeine per scoop — providing a total of 400mg of caffeine per full two-scoop serving.
