Allnutrition Omega 3 delivers 1000 mg of high-quality standardised fish oil per softgel, providing 180 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, while DHA and EPA together contribute to the normal function of the heart. Each serving also includes Vitamin D and Vitamin K.

Each softgel also supplies 50 µg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 100 µg of Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone MK-7, derived from Bacillus subtilis natto). Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Presented in an easy-to-swallow softgel format, this 90-capsule pack provides a 90-day supply at the recommended one-softgel-per-day serving.
