Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you have named, take physical possession of the goods. If the order consists of several items delivered separately, the period runs from the last item.

How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — Ekovital Norden AB, support@vitamio.eu — of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the period has expired.

Return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you told us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return address

Include the order number. Without it the warehouse cannot connect the parcel to your order, and the refund is delayed.

When the right does not apply

Under Article 16(e) of the directive there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery. Food supplements are sealed for that reason.

An unopened container can still be returned. The exception applies only where a seal existed and has been broken.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
