Withdrawal or a faulty item?

The two are different, and the difference decides who pays.

Changed your mind — that is the right of withdrawal. You have 14 days, you do not have to give a reason, and you pay the return shipping. See the withdrawal page.

Something is wrong with the item — damaged, faulty, not what you ordered or past its best-before date. Then it is a claim for lack of conformity, and we pay the return shipping.

What to do

1. Email support@vitamio.eu with your order number. For a faulty item, add a photo if the fault is visible.
2. We reply within one working day with what happens next.
3. Pack the item so it survives the journey, and include the order number in the parcel.
4. Send it to the address below.

Contact us before sending a faulty item back — otherwise we cannot arrange the return shipping and you may end up paying for it yourself.

Return address

This is the warehouse the goods were shipped from, in Poland — not our registered office in Sweden. A parcel sent to the Swedish address does not reach the warehouse.

Parcels that are not collected

A parcel you never collect is not a withdrawal. It comes back to the warehouse and we refund the goods, but the outbound and return shipping remain payable by you. If you have changed your mind, say so instead — then the withdrawal rules apply and you only pay the return leg.

Damaged in transit

If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening if you can. Email us the same day. Transit damage is our problem to solve with the carrier, not yours — you get a replacement or your money back.
