AllDayYouMay Caffeinated from 5% Nutrition is an intra-workout amino acid formula. Each 15.2 g scoop delivers a matrix of BCAAs, essential and conditionally essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and a natural energy blend — all in one Fruit Punch powder. The tub contains 456 g, providing 30 servings.

At the core of the formula sits a 6,000 mg BCAA Blend of L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine, complemented by a 2,750 mg Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend containing L-Carnitine L-Tartrate and L-Glutamine. The Essential Amino Acid Blend contains L-Threonine, L-Histidine HCl, L-Lysine HCl, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tryptophan and L-Methionine, and the Amino Acid Support Blend contains raw coconut water concentrate, bromelain, L-Taurine, alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid and blueberry fruit powder. Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula also provides calcium.

The formula also contains an Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend (beta-alanine, sodium bicarbonate), a Joint Support Blend (milk thistle, MSM, D-glucosamine sulfate potassium), and a Natural Energy Blend (green tea extract, PurCaf® Organic Caffeine from green coffee bean).
