Hver portion indeholder 8 g af alle ni essentielle aminosyrer (EAA'er), herunder et fuldt BCAA-kompleks på 6 g i det klinisk undersøgte forhold 2:1:1 (L-Leucin 3 g, L-Isoleucin 1,5 g, L-Valin 1,5 g), der giver de byggesten, kroppen ikke selv kan danne.
