5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a naturally occurring amino acid and a direct precursor to serotonin in the human body. This product is formulated with a clean, minimal excipient base — rice starch and cellulose — and is encapsulated in a hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) shell, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
