Cytoplan's 50+ Multivitamin is a comprehensive, food-form multivitamin and mineral formula specifically developed with the nutritional needs of adults aged 50 and over in mind. Each serving of two vegetable capsules delivers a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin D3 at 800% NRV, active-form B vitamins such as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (Vitamin B12), and bioavailable mineral complexes — all designed to complement a balanced diet.

This formula goes beyond a standard multivitamin by incorporating a biodynamic and superfood blend, Beta 1-3, 1-6 Glucan derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae , and Co-Enzyme Q10. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. B vitamins such as B6, B12 and Folic Acid contribute to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
