ABE Pump by Applied Nutrition is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder in Blue Razz flavour, containing 5000 mg of Citrulline Malate 2:1 per 12.5 g serving, alongside Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Taurine and the patented Nitrosigine® (Arginine Silicate Inositol).

The formula also features VitaCholine™ Choline Bitartrate, the proprietary FitNox™ botanical blend (Moringa Oleifera, Punica Granatum and Kaempferia Parviflora extracts), and AstraGin® — a patented combination of Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng root extracts. Niacin (Vitamin B3) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
