Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is an amino acid and hydration formula for use during training. Each 14g serving delivers 7g of BCAAs in the 2:1:1 ratio — providing L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — alongside 3g of L-Glutamine and 1g of L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), for use during or between training sessions.

The formula also includes a 1240mg Electrolyte Blend consisting of Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Chloride to help support normal hydration, complemented by Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. With zero calories, zero sugars and zero fat per serving, BCAA Amino-Hydrate fits easily into a range of nutritional approaches.

Available in a refreshing Green Apple flavour, each 450g tub provides 32 servings. Simply mix one scoop with water for a convenient amino acid and electrolyte drink that can be enjoyed on both training and non-training days.
