NOW Foods Cal-Mag Caps is a comprehensive mineral and vitamin formula designed to support your everyday nutritional needs. Each serving of two vegetarian capsules delivers 500 mg of elemental calcium and 250 mg of elemental magnesium, sourced from multiple high-quality forms including Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula is further enhanced with Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) at 1,000 IU per serving. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 is included as Menaquinone-7 (MenaQ7®), a highly bioavailable, patented form of MK-7. Zinc and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal formation of connective tissue. Manganese also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
