NOW Foods Calcium Citrate with Minerals & Vitamin D-2 is a comprehensive mineral formula designed to support your daily intake of key nutrients in one convenient tablet. Each serving delivers 600 mg of calcium from calcium citrate — a well-absorbed, gentle-on-the-stomach form — alongside a carefully selected combination of magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese to complement your everyday nutritional needs.

Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol, a vegetarian source) is included to support calcium absorption and utilisation. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal immune system function.
