The blend brings together 16 probiotic strains — 11 Lactobacillus and 5 Bifidobacterium cultures.

Each capsule also contains an Organic Prebiotic Fiber Blend of 115 mg, combining Organic Potato Resistant Starch and Organic Acacia Fiber. The formula is free from artificial additives and is made without dairy, soy, peanut, tree nut or shellfish ingredients.
