Mix one scoop (9.4 g) with 300 ml (or 8 oz) of water. Consume 15–30 minutes before intense training. If stacking with another pre-workout such as Mr. HYDE Signature, assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop of each before proceeding to a full serving. Shake container well before use. Measured by weight, not volume.
