Nutrex EAA + Hydration is an amino acid powder. Each serving delivers 8 g of a full-spectrum Essential Amino Acid (EAA) and BCAA Complex — including 3 g of L-Leucine, 1.5 g of L-Isoleucine and 1.5 g of L-Valine — providing all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesise on its own and must obtain from external sources.

Complementing the amino acid profile is a dedicated Hydration Complex featuring Taurine, Calci-K® (Calcium Potassium Phosphate Citrate), Raw Coconut Fruit Water Concentrate and AstraGin™ (a patented blend of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts). The formula also supplies key electrolytes — Calcium (60 mg), Phosphorus (30 mg), Magnesium (20 mg), Sodium (90 mg) and Potassium (50 mg).
