Applied Nutrition's Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets are a convenient, fast-dissolving lemon & lime flavoured tablet, providing sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and Vitamin C.

Formulated with authorised nutrients, these tablets offer meaningful contributions across several areas of wellbeing. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Packaged as six tubes of 20 tablets (120 tablets total), the compact tube format is ideal for gym bags, sports kits or travel. Simply drop one tablet into 200 ml of water, let it dissolve and enjoy a refreshing, sugar-free lemon & lime drink with zero fat and minimal calories.

Add one tablet (4 g) to 200 ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Maximum 4 tablets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. This product is not suitable for anyone under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of children.
