Applied Nutrition's Endurance Sprint Isotonic Energy Gel + Caffeine is a ready-to-use sachet format — no water required. Each 60g tropical-flavoured gel provides 23g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin.

Each serving contains 75mg of caffeine alongside a B-vitamin complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12), as well as magnesium, sodium and chloride. Niacin (B3) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Supplied in a box of 20 individually portioned sachets, this gel is tested for banned substances under the Informed-Sport programme — making it a reliable choice for athletes competing at all levels. The tropical flavour profile makes it easy to consume on the go, even during intense training sessions or competition.
