Crafted specifically for the demands of competitive bodybuilding, fitness and bikini competitions, the Pro-Tan Female Physique Kit offers a streamlined, professional solution that keeps every detail under control from backstage to the stage.

Get Buffed Pre-Tan Skin Balancing Exfoliator: Prior to initial application of sunless tanning formulas, apply a generous amount of scrub onto the palm of your hand or a cotton wash cloth while showering. Massage the scrub over the entire body with a light amount of pressure. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Overnight Competition Color Base Coat: Apply to clean skin. Use the attached applicator mitt or an HVLP sprayer. Spray directly onto the applicator mitt and rub over desired body areas, using lighter strokes around hairlines, knees, elbows and ankles. Allow 30 minutes to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. Reapply for deeper colour.

Instant Competition Color Top Coat Mousse: Shake well before use. Apply directly to clean, dry skin using the attached applicator sponge, one body part at a time. Pump a large amount directly onto the sponge applicator and rub in a circular motion. Allow colour to dry before direct contact with clothes or water. For deepest results, apply directly over Overnight Competition Color Base Coat.

Show Shine Ultra-Light Competition Posing Oil: Spray directly over the entire body.

Bikini Bite No-Slip Suit Fastener Roll-On: For best results, roll on to clean skin and bikini liner and let dry for 30 seconds. Put bikini on and press against skin for 2 minutes. If the roller-ball does not roll easily, hold under hot water until it rolls freely.

All products: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, lips or mucous membranes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands with soap and water after use.

Bikini Bite No-Slip Suit Fastener Roll-On: Must be applied in a well-ventilated area or outdoors.

Instant Competition Color Top Coat Mousse: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.
