Allnutrition Flex All Complete is a powder combining a high-dose blend of hydrolysed beef collagen, L-Proline, glucosamine sulfate, and MSM in a refreshing lemon flavour. Each 20 g serving delivers 10,000 mg of hydrolysed bovine collagen alongside carefully selected co-factors, making it a convenient daily addition to your routine.

The formula is enriched with Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Flex All Complete mixes easily in water or juice and comes in a 400 g pack providing 20 servings.

Usage & Dosage

Dissolve 1 serving (20 g) daily in 200–300 ml of water or juice. For prevention: one serving per day. In case of joint pain or during rehabilitation after injury, 2 servings per day may be used. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
