Olimp Nutrition Glutamine Xplode is an advanced amino acid powder delivering 5.5 g of L-glutamine per serving — one of the most abundant amino acids in the human body. Each 10 g serving also provides 1.5 g of L-leucine and 0.25 g of cystine, combined in Olimp's proprietary Vit-A-min Supercharge blend.

The formula is further enriched with a full spectrum of micronutrients at 100% of the recommended daily allowance, including Vitamin C delivered via the premium PureWay-C® form, Niacin, Selenium, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Available in a refreshing Orange flavour, Glutamine Xplode mixes easily into 200 ml of water and provides 50 servings per 500 g tub. It is suitable for use before breakfast, after training or before sleep, making it a convenient and versatile addition to a balanced nutritional routine.

C (microencapsulated L-ascorbic acid (PureWay-C®)), citrus bioflavonoids, 0.2% niacin (nicotinamide), 0.1% sodium selenite, 0.03% vit. B12 (cyanocobalamin), 0.02% vit. Usage & Dosage

Add 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Consume directly after preparation.
