Guns of Steel Hot Action Pre-Training Liquid by Pro-Tan | Steelfit is a topical lotion. Designed to be applied directly to the biceps and triceps before you hit the gym, it delivers a warming, tingling sensation to the skin.

The formula features Methyl Nicotinate and Methyl Salicylate alongside a skin-conditioning base of Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, creating a liquid that absorbs quickly and is easy to apply. Simply massage it in with a circular motion a few minutes before your workout for a noticeable warming effect that gradually fades after use.

Please note: this is an externally applied cosmetic/topical product and is not intended for ingestion. Always perform a patch test before first use and follow the directions carefully.

Test First: Apply a small amount to the inner fold of the elbow. Leave on for 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes the heat is too intense, wash off immediately with soap and water and discontinue use.

Directions: Apply a thin layer 5 to 10 minutes prior to training. Apply directly to biceps and triceps in a circular motion until liquid is fully absorbed. Reapply as needed. Close cap tightly after use. Wipe down any equipment that Guns of Steel comes in contact with.

For external use only. Do not use if you have high blood pressure. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. This product causes a reddening and tingling sensation to the skin. These effects will gradually fade after use. Not intended for sensitive skin.
