Naughty Boy Hydramind is a Strawberry Mango flavour powder combining electrolytes, multi-form magnesium, and functional ingredients in each 9.4g serving. With 30 servings per 282g tub, Hydramind is designed for consistent, everyday use.

At the heart of the formula sits Cognizin® (CDP-Choline) at 250mg per serving, alongside Uridine-Monophosphate and Tiger Milk Mushroom ( Lignosus rhinocerus Sclerotium, 50% Beta Glucan). Creatine Monohydrate and a 2,400mg Electrolyte complex — including Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, and Pink Himalayan Rock Salt — complete the base formula. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and to normal muscle function.

The MGUltra4 blend brings together four complementary forms of magnesium (Bisglycinate, Taurate, Malate, and Citrate).
