RYSE Hydration Sticks in Kool-Aid Grape are convenient, on-the-go sachets containing an electrolyte blend, B-vitamins and Vitamin C. Each stick pack delivers a comprehensive electrolyte blend totalling 900mg+, featuring Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium and Potassium, alongside key B-vitamins and Vitamin C, making them a practical companion whether you are training, working or simply staying active throughout the day.

Each serving also includes 1,000mg of Taurine, 500mg of Choline Bitartrate, and 250mg of CocOganic® — a certified organic coconut water powder. The formula is further enhanced with 25mg of AstraGin®, a patented extract blend derived from Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root. The product is sweetened with Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium, and is free from artificial colours, using Turmeric Root Extract as a colour.

Mix 1 stick pack with 12–16 oz (355–475 mL) of water or beverage of choice. Stir or shake well until fully dissolved. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume before, during, or after exercise, or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
