5.4kg size: Mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures; scoop included in the bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. Consume between meals, 20–30 minutes after a workout, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day. When starting out, begin with half the quantity and slowly increase to the full serving.
