Nutrend IsoDrinx Green Apple is a refreshing isotonic sports drink powder formulated especially for athletes. Designed to be mixed with water, it delivers a balanced blend of carbohydrates alongside a comprehensive vitamin complex, making it a practical choice to support hydration and nutrient intake during physical activity.
Each 35 g serving provides ten essential vitamins — including Vitamin C, B-vitamins, Vitamin E, Biotin, and Folic Acid. Riboflavin and Thiamine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The crisp green apple flavour makes it an enjoyable addition to any training routine.
With 420 g of powder per pack, IsoDrinx offers approximately 12 full servings. It can be prepared as a true isotonic drink (35 g per 500 ml water) or as a hypotonic sports drink (35 g per 750 ml water), allowing you to tailor it to your hydration needs before, during, or after exercise.

Usage & Dosage
Recommended dosage: the dilution ratio for the ISOtonic drink is 35 g (a slightly heaped scoop) per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275 to 305 mOsm/kg). The dilution for the sport drink is 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). Use: slightly heaped scoop = ca. 35 g. Mix with water according to the recommended dosage. Do not use mineral water. Shake the package (bag) before use!
