Ostrovit Magnesium Malate is a clean, unflavoured powder supplement combining magnesium in its malate form with active Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Each daily serving delivers 150 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of Vitamin B6, providing a convenient and easily dissolved boost to your daily micronutrient intake.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
