The Multivitamin capsule provides twelve essential vitamins — including Vitamin C, the full B-complex, Vitamins A, D and E — alongside functional extras such as Colostrum (with a minimum 30% immunoglobulins), Green Tea Extract standardised for polyphenols and EGCG, α-Lipoic Acid, and Bioperine® Black Pepper Extract. The Multimineral capsule completes the formula with six essential minerals — Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron, Chromium and Selenium — delivered in high-quality forms including L-OptiZinc® and organically bound selenium from yeast.

Usage & Dosage
Take a maximum of 1 capsule of Multivitamin Compressed Caps and 1 capsule of Multimineral Compressed Caps per day. Swallow the capsules and wash down with a sufficient amount of water. Milk and alcoholic beverages are not suitable. Do not chew the capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
