Individual needs may vary; suggested usage is half a teaspoon (1 g) daily, up to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, divide the daily amount into 2 or 3 portions per day, taken with or without food.

To prepare: place the powder in a glass or mug and add approximately 2–3 oz of hot water. Allow it to fizz, then stir until fully dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water and enjoy. Alternatively, Natural Vitality CALM® can be added directly to a glass or bottle of cold water.
