Nutrend Omega 3 delivers 1000 mg of high-quality fish oil in triglyceride form per softgel capsule, providing 180 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Triglyceride-form fish oil is the naturally occurring form found in fish, making it a straightforward choice for those looking to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids into their daily routine.

DHA contributes to the normal function of the brain and to the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims supported by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Each pack contains 60 softgel capsules, providing up to a 30–60 day supply depending on individual dosage.

The formula is kept clean and simple, with D-α-tocopherol (natural vitamin E) added as an antioxidant to protect the fish oil from oxidation, helping to preserve freshness and quality throughout the product's shelf life.
