Each 29 g scoop delivers a precisely structured matrix of amino acids, performance compounds and energy ingredients — with no proprietary blends and no hidden doses — so you always know exactly what you're putting into your body before every training session.

The formula is built around four distinct complexes. The Pump and Strength Matrix combines 8,000 mg of L-Citrulline, 3,200 mg of Beta Alanine and 3,000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate; creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (daily intake: 3 g). These are complemented by a Complete EAA Complex supplying all nine essential amino acids, including a 2,000 mg dose of L-Leucine. The Energy and Focus Formula contributes L-Tyrosine, Taurine and a dual-source caffeine system — Caffeine Anhydrous and InnovaTea Natural Caffeine — delivering approximately 370–380 mg of total caffeine per serving.

Shake container well before each use. Mix 1 scoop (29 g) into 8–12 oz (250–350 ml) of cold water and consume 30–45 minutes before working out. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not take more than one serving in a 24-hour period. Those sensitive to caffeine should start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
